11. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
M2M Tech is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply where a shipment needs to be re-dispatched because of incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or similar customer-related circumstances.
12. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal cancellation process.
If a customer refuses or declines a dispatched parcel, the order may be treated as a return/cancellation.
Where cancellation or return is attributable to the customer, applicable delivery, shipping, processing, or service charges already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Returns & Refunds
13. Change of Mind
M2M Tech does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind.
This includes changing your preference after placing an order, selecting the wrong model, colour, storage capacity, specification, or deciding that you no longer want the product.
Returns are only considered where they meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
14. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
A customer may request a return where a product:

- Arrives physically damaged
- Is different from the product ordered

15. Unboxing Evidence

Where practical, the estimated repair cost will be communicated to the customer before repair work requiring approval is performed.
17. Additional Faults
During a repair, additional faults or underlying issues may sometimes be discovered that were not apparent during the initial assessment.
Where additional work is required, M2M Tech may contact the customer before proceeding.
The final repair outcome may depend on the condition of the device and the nature of the fault.
18. Repair Risks
Certain electronic repairs involve inherent technical risks, particularly where a device has suffered:
- Liquid damage
- Severe physical damage
- Previous unauthorized repairs
- Corrosion
- Motherboard-level faults
- Severe hardware failure
While M2M Tech will take reasonable care when handling customer devices, successful repair cannot be guaranteed in every case.
19. Customer Data
Customers are responsible for backing up their personal data before submitting a device for repair.
Repair procedures may involve software changes, component replacement, resets, or other technical processes that could result in data loss.
M2M Tech is not responsible for loss of personal data resulting from repair or service procedures.
Customers should remove sensitive personal information where possible before handing over a device for service.
20. Repair Warranty
Where a repair warranty is offered, the applicable warranty period and coverage will be communicated to the customer.
A repair warranty generally applies only to the specific repair or component for which it was provided.
It does not automatically cover unrelated faults, physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or subsequent damage.
